  21.  I have for some time, been pondering a set of ideas that I suppose may be 
  22. construed as a hypothesis or a set of loosely tied conjecture. <g>
  23. I ask the beholder to temporarilly accept as fact some pre-suppositions 
  24. here. Indeed, one may find this not so hard to do as the jury is truely 
  25. still out on these reports that do have a certain amount of circumstantial 
  26. evidence existant that could help support their reality. None of this is 
  27. new. What I am attempting to do is put some pieces of the puzzle together 
  28. to form a possible picture.
  29.  
  30.  The Suppositions:
  31.  
  32. [1]  In the late forties a crashed alien disk(s) was/were recovered at
  33.      least one of which held at least one nearly unscathed live alien
  34.      who was subsequently taken into custody. 
  35.  
  36. [2]  During the period between 1947 and 1954 there was at least one
  37.      meeting between extraterrestrials and representatives of a faction of
  38.      the United States Government Bureaucracy which may or may not have
  39.      included initially, President Eisenhower. This group of bureaucrats
  40.      came to comprise a group to be called if not MJ-12, than some other
  41.      and unknown name. This meeting led to an agreement of co-operation
  42.      and non-interference by forces of this government into operations 
  43.      passed off by the alien culture as being scientific research in
  44.      nature. The payoff for the human contingent would be certain aid in
  45.      the developement of advanced technology by alien technicians.
  46.  
  47. [3]  This MJ group took on the function of arranging and co-ordinating the 
  48.  
  49.      gathering of intelligence on the alien operations. In addition, it
  50.      became their responsibility to see to it that the terms of the treaty
  51.      were upheld. This would naturally involve from time to time casting
  52.      dispersion upon reports by individuals of the sightings of UFOs to
  53.      include if necessary, an involuntary vacation. Other responsibilities
  54.      of this group would include the co-ordination and overseeing of elite
  55.      forces to seal off any crash site and retreival of, any downed UFO.
  56.      
  57. [3a] It is also recognised as possible if not probable, that early-on the 
  58.      group insulated transitional government including the presidency from
  59.      the truth.
  60.  
  61. [4]  The alien protagonists in this senerio the so-called Zeta-Reticulans, 
  62.  
  63.      are a race faced with considerable dificulty and possible extinction.
  64.      Their home planet(s) will not sustain life for much longer and it is
  65.      highly probable that natural procreation is severely limited if not
  66.      curtailed altogether.
  67.  
  68. [5]  The entire race may or may not be here in it's entirety. In any
  69.      event, their number is far smaller than the resident human 
  70.      Population. In addition, there is circumstantial evidence in the form 
  71.  
  72.      of reports by persons who have been shown to have been abducted by 
  73.      the Zetas, that there may be at least two and possibly more,
  74.      additional extraterrestrial races working in collusion with them on
  75.      their projects. Indeed, it would appear from this intelligence that 
  76.      the Zetas are in fact not in a supervisory capacity here but a
  77.      subservient one. In any event it also appears that they greatly
  78.      out-number their superiors.

  84.   Because of the relatively small number of population coupled with an 
  85. underestimation of native human ingenuity is what prompted the Zetas into 
  86. forming their campaign off of a treaty with the humans. It would do them 
  87. no good at all to have an over-amount of attention drawn to them. As long 
  88. as their human dupes were appeased, no retaliation would be forthcoming by 
  89. stretching the limits of that boundry somewhat. They could ill afford a 
  90. direct confrontation.  
  91.  
  92.   From possible intelligence gathered from abductee resources it would 
  93. appear that some operations have/are carried out with the collusion of 
  94. human military personel. It also appears that over the years in the human 
  95. contingent several factors have evolved that have created a schism. It has 
  96. become apparent to both factors that the Zetas have had much more 
  97. ambitious designs than mere scientific experimentation/data gathering. In 
  98. their greed for power, these forces have demanded ever more technological 
  99. aid. One faction has gone to the extent of taking the matter out of the 
  100. context of asking and and into direct action. This would include both 
  101. strikes against alien craft in or near our atmosphere and strikes against 
  102. alien forces based upon the planet. 
  103. We have certain circumstantial evidence for this from various reports. In 
  104. each case forces have vigorously attempted to debunk the incidents.
  105.  
  106.  Some of these are listed as follows:
  107.  
  108. [A]  Two seperate crashes near the Brookhaven Labs on Long Island, NY. It 
  109. is known that Brookhaven is engaged in advanced energy weapons research.
  110.  
  111. [B]  STS-48 which shows in the eyes of many, energy weapons being brought 
  112. to bear upon extraterrestrial craft above this planet's atmosphere.
  113.  
  114. [C]  The reputed excursion by elite military forces into an alien 
  115. controlled area in New Mexico, resulting in the loss of a large portion of 
  116. these forces.
  117.  
  118. [D]  The under-reported incident(s) of several years ago happening near 
  119. Georgetown, California wherein video footage was taken of a landed craft 
  120. as well as it's debarked occupants. The film partially shown on the local 
  121. news was inexplicably yanked for no good cause. The gentleman who shot the 
  122. footage became subject to harassment by unknowns wearing black jump-suits 
  123. conveyed in flat-black helicopters. Near the same time-frame an area was 
  124. sealed off to the slight north and to the east of Georgetown by a large 
  125. contingent of apparant military forces. After their vacation of the area, 
  126. large amounts of shell casings (brass) were found litering the ground.

  132.  Although almost certainly possessing the capability, it would appear that 
  133. the Zeta-Reticulans and others in their camp are precluded from 
  134. retaliation by a number of factors, possibilities detailed as follows:
  135.  
  136. [1]  Due to genetic considerations, this planet's population is their 
  137. last, best chance at racial salvation by the blending of the two. An open 
  138. and violent confrontation would contaminate the subject species as well as 
  139. severely decimate their own dwindling population.
  140.  
  141. [2]  They are constrained from armed conflict/subjugation by a far 
  142. superior contingent of overseeing entities. The prevailing attitude would 
  143. perhaps be: "You exercised this foolish treaty, now you must reap the 
  144. rewards of your actions". "You gave them the means of downing your craft, 
  145. you may-not use this as an excuse to retaliate and subjugate". "The 
  146. population of this planet may if they choose, conform to the dictates of 
  147. your plans".

  149. [3]  A schism within the ranks of an already low population. 
  150.      Division = weakness.
